CELEBRATION OF YOUTH FESTIVAL IN KPS, BURMAMINES – 17-12-2016
Every year KPS Burmamines proactively organizes and executes intra school events within its campus to cater to the need of all round development of the students. In view of this Youth Festival was celebrated at KPS Burmamines on the 17th December, 2016. The objective of the festival was to promote extracurricular activities to bring out the latent talents in the students and also to motivate participation in the activities for all round development. Inter house group dance and group songs were judged to ensure maximum participation and to promote healthy competition among the students. Apart from this different activities were conducted in the school throughout the year.
CELEBRATION OF PRIMARY DAY – 17-12-2016
17th December:.The Primary Day is the special event for primary kids. This is the day when our primary kids showcase their talents and skills through various performances. With much joy and enthusiasm the children of Preprimary and Primary celebrated this day on 17th December 2016. The audience was packed to capacity with the parents and special invitees. The Chief Guest Mr. Adarsh Agarwal (M.D. Jamipol) accompanied by Mrs. Agarwal and the director, Dr. Shrikant Nair presided over the program along with the Principal Mrs. Harwinder Kaur. The theme for this year was Fairy Tale” and Cinderella stepped out of the pages, onto the stage, live! Her scintillating performance mesmerized the audience. The dance drama, depicting the emotions of Cinderella, was enacted meticulously. The program commenced with invocation. The variety in the program ensured maximum participation of the students. It was a grand success. All present were in praise of the wonderful performance of the children. The teachers were also lauded for their hard work which made the evening a special one.
